Harrison Hutchinson is a senior hospitality and gaming executive with more than 20 years of award winning leadership across luxury hotels, casino resorts, vacation ownership, and large scale brand transitions. Most recently, he served as Director of Guest Satisfaction with Hard Rock International, where his enterprise level experience strategies secured consecutive number one J.D. Power rankings in 2023 and 2024. Under his leadership, the organization achieved the top global spot for guest satisfaction in its brand portfolio and sustained elite performance with a prestigious number two ranking in 2025. Recognized as an industry expert in service recovery and analytics, Harrison became a vital resource for other properties, training and developing incoming directors in guest experience execution. Across his various roles, he supported critical property openings, luxury brand conversions, and performance initiatives in Four Diamond and Five Diamond environments. Harrison holds a Master degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Lean Six Sigma certification from the Villanova School of Business. His background combines operational discipline with data analytics to build scalable systems that improve performance, accountability, and the guest journey.
