Harrison Hutchinson is a senior hospitality and gaming executive with more than 20 years of award-winning leadership across luxury hotels, casino resorts, vacation ownership, brand transitions, and large-scale service transformation. His career has centered on strengthening guest experience performance, leading complex operations, developing high-performing teams, and aligning service execution with measurable business growth.
Most recently, Harrison served as Director of Guest Satisfaction with Hard Rock International, where he led enterprise-level guest experience strategy during a phased opening and transition to full-scale resort operations. His work helped position the organization as #1 globally in Guest Satisfaction within the Hard Rock brand portfolio and supported J.D. Power #1 Guest Satisfaction rankings in 2023 and 2024. In 2025, the company sustained elite performance with a prestigious #2 Guest Satisfaction ranking, reinforcing its place among the brand’s highest-performing destinations.
Recognized as a guest experience subject matter expert, Harrison became a resource for other properties, with Directors sent to him for development, coaching, and training in guest experience strategy, service recovery, analytics, and execution. His broader background includes leadership roles with Davidson Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, JRK Hotel Group, where he supported property openings, luxury hotel transitions, brand conversions, enterprise platform rollouts, and service performance initiatives across Four Diamond and Five Diamond environments. He has been recognized throughout his career with honors including a Best-in-Show Marketing Award during his Food City tenure, recognition in Las Vegas hospitality operations, and the MVP Award with Hard Rock.
Harrison holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, a Business degree from Northeast State, and Lean Six Sigma from the Villanova School of Business. His background blends operational discipline, organizational psychology, analytics, and people-first leadership to create scalable systems that improve performance, accountability, and the guest journey.
