Anibal Fernandez

Anibal Fernandez has joined The Service Companies as Senior Vice President of Operations, East, reporting to Patrick Lavoie. He brings more than 25 years of global hospitality leadership experience, with a proven track record of optimizing complex operations, improving business performance, and leading high-performing teams across countries and brands. Most recently, Anibal served as Senior Vice President of the Café Division at Hard Rock International, overseeing a $900 million portfolio across more than 70 countries. His expertise in operational excellence, scalable processes, data-driven decision making, and team development will support TSC’s continued growth across the Eastern region.
