The Service Companies has partnered with bases and veteran support organizations, such as Nellis Air Force Base, USO and Hiring Our Heroes, to help service members transitioning out of the military and veterans establish and grow their careers within The Service Companies and the hospitality industry. The company’s Veteran Management Training Program introduces both the technical and management skills necessary in preparing veterans to excel in their future hospitality management roles over a six to twelve month period. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates transition into a permanent management role with a salary increase.
