The Service Companies acquires its first laundry operation in Florida, further realizing the Company’s vision of becoming the premier provider of managed services to all segments of the hospitality industry.

The Service Companies acquires JRS International, the premier provider of window and chandelier cleaning to luxury properties for the last 30 years. This acquisition expands our service offering.
