Martin Duane

Regional Vice President - Eastern

Martin Duane began his career with Sonesta Hotels International in 1983. His career has taken him from the East Coast to the West Coast as well as overseas in executive positions from Food and Beverage Director to General Manager with, among others, Hilton, Fairmont, Omni and Marriott Hotels. He has worked in luxury resort hotels as well as large casino resorts. Mr. Duane joined The Service Companies in July of 2009 as a Corporate Director of Operations. He was promoted into his current role, overseeing the entire Eastern Region, in September, 2015.


Regional Vice President - Central

Victor Vargas joined the company in 2002 as a Project Manager overseeing a large regional gaming customer. Mr. Vargas continued to take on larger roles with the company and most recently was Vice President of Continuous Improvement, responsible for increasing efficiencies through utilization of the latest and most innovative equipment and techniques available to the industry. He was promoted into his current role overseeing all Field Operations in December, 2013. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Vargas was a Regional Manager for The Southern Peru Copper Corporation. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a post-graduate degree in Management.

Michele Kline

Regional Vice President, Western

Michele Kline joined the company originally in 2002, managing our Northern Nevada market. She spent her entire Operations career in management positions of increasing levels of responsibility in the hospitality and gaming industry. Michele spent the last few years abroad working with a number of large brands in operations restructuring and received her certification in Kaizen and Total Quality Management. She returned to the company in July, 2015 as the Regional Vice President-Western overseeing our West Coast territory.

Laurie Katinos

Corporate Director of Operations

Laurie Katinos joined The Service Companies in January 2009 as Corporate Director of Operations with a concentration in the Housekeeping areas. Prior to joining The Service Companies, Mrs. Katinos was with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's headquarters as a Corporate Rooms Manager overseeing all domestic housekeeping operations. In prior years she has served as a senior operations manager at various locations ranging from luxury resorts, urban and large convention properties. In her current role, Mrs. Katinos is responsible for all The Service Companies Housekeeping Operations, Training and new product development.

Nikki Bernal

Corporate Director of Human Resources

Nikki Bernal is a graduate of Miami Dade College with a degree in Business Administration. Ms. Bernal has been with The Service Companies for 13 years, progressing from senior administrative roles through every position in the Human Resources function. She is responsible for overseeing the rigorous background and E-Verify process for all employees, as well as managing the training and HR policies for the organization. She was promoted into her current role overseeing the Human Resources Directors on the East Coast in 2011.

Anjuli Ganguly

Vice President of Human Resources and Associate Success

Anjuli Ganguly started with The Service Companies in 2011 as Human Resources Manager for the Shreveport, Louisiana region. She has been promoted multiple times during her tenure with The Service Companies. In her current role, Anjuli is responsible for developing a strategic, company-wide retention and employee engagement program, thereby making The Service Companies the chosen employer in the industry. Prior to working for The Service Companies, Anjuli spent several years working for a Silicon Valley start up company. Anjuli has a SPHR certification as well as an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Richard Smith

Vice President-Operations, JRS International

Richard Smith joined JRS International in 1990 as a front-line window cleaner. Over the ensuing years, Mr. Smith continued to assume larger roles with the company culminating in his current position in 2013 overseeing all company operations for the Southeastern United States, Caribbean and Mexico.

Chris Coffman

Vice President-Operations, JRS International

Chris Coffman joined JRS International in March 1992 as a window cleaner in Hilton Head, SC. Chris continued to grow with JRS International and now manages over a hundred window and chandelier cleaning clients in 37 locations. Chris also oversees employee staffing & training, safety, and customer contracts & support for The Service Companies's chandelier and window cleaning operations.
