At one of our St Louis casino properties, an elderly couple left a note because of great service they received from Roxie Simmons. The 81 and 83 year old couple had never left a note in all their years. A great compliment coming from two people that most likely have experienced a great deal more than many of us could ever imagine.

A guest at our Reno property was especially lucky to be in the hands of Ignacia Moreno while feeling under the weather and unfortunately away from the comforts of their own home. Ignacia not only provided extra tissue for the guest, she stocked extra water and juice for them. Ignacia treated the guest with special care as she would her own family member and brought some “home” to them.

A guest at our Lake Tahoe property had something great to say about Carmen Medrano, "It is because of people like Carmen that I do so much business with you".

We were excited to receive a wonderful note from a casino manager at our Shreveport property. They mentioned our “great employee” Maria Ornelas and how she keeps her area so clean and guests even congratulate her. The icing on the cake was when Maria turned in a winning ticket recently and a guest was so impressed that someone had turned it in. Maria is a “great member of your excellent team”.

We received a wonderful comment from a guest at one of our Orlando accounts regarding the window washers. The guest rated us “excellent” because their grandson enjoyed watching the window washers. Our customer was extremely appreciative of the impression we provided on their guests.

At a Virginia property Matthew Brown ran to the aid of an elderly woman who was trying to get her husband into their vehicle and load his walker into the trunk. She in turn sent a note to the property for Matthew jumping to her rescue in a time of need.

A guest at one of our Las Vegas properties wanted to share their appreciation for our Room Attendant Paulina Elcano. They left some jewelry wrapped in a hotel towel. Paulina cleaned the room, and unknowingly threw the towel with the jewelry in her dirty linen bin. The guest returned to the room, and noticed the jewelry missing. Paulina quickly emptied all of her dirty linen from her bin, and went piece by piece looking for the jewelry until it was found and returned to a very happy guest.

Our team in Laughlin received a call from a guest wanting to make sure we knew what a wonderful employee we have. She stated that she was so happy when she returned to her room and found that the Room Attendant was very honest. Apparently she had dropped something of value and had not noticed she had dropped it. She was delighted when she returned to her room and found that the item had been placed where they would be sure to find it along with a note from the room attendant Ramona Sanchez. She was extremely pleased and wanted to make sure that Ramona cleaned her room every day.

The Cincinnati EVS team recently won the overall service trophy over all the other departments. They accumulated the highest number of A scores for that week and had the privilege to share this trophy with all of our staff for a week. They had to give it back though are determined to win it many more times.

We received a note of appreciation from a property manager at our property in Virginia. They wanted to especially recognize Lorenzo Gonzalez who went way above and beyond the call of duty assisting to remove some construction debris. He stopped what he was doing, helped load the debris into a cart, wheeled it out to the truck, moved the debris from the cart to the back of his trash truck and then, entirely on his own off loaded the debris by the dumpster. In addition, stated Lorenzo has always been unfailingly courteous and cooperative but this was extraordinary.

Thank you to Mercedes Garcia at our Las Vegas property. A young girl was excited to get back to her room every day to see how Mercedes had arranged her toys and dolls in a fun manner. Mercedes leaves an impression on even the youngest of customers.
