Doug joined the United States Navy in 1993 as a Special Warfare Combat Crewman (SWCC). While performing as a SWCC crewman, he had the opportunity to operate in many arenas. Doug's duties were never the same from operation to operation, including everything from Presidential Security and anti-terrorism to drug interdiction in South America.

Doug has been blessed with a loving and supportive family, and a father who has always been and always will be his hero. Doug's proudest moment was standing in front of the world famous Blue Angels while his father (featured in the above photo), Chief Petty Officer H.T Tomlinson, re-enlisted Doug for his last tour.

Doug says that spending fourteen years in the Navy was "absolutely a wonderful achievement" and he looks forward to achieving the same level of success with The Service Companies. Doug still lives by the Navy Core Values; Honor, Courage, Commitment.
