TSC's proprietary training program, called TSC-University (TSC-U), is extensive and led by TSC's best operators. On-site training is led by an "all star" team who stay on property for two weeks to ensure compliance. TSC-U was developed by combining best practices of our four diamond customer base as well as our over 25 years of experience operating luxury hotels and casinos. We additionally incorporate all property/brand-specific or management-company-specific specifications into our initial and ongoing training. TSC Property Managers work on property full time to manage the TSC team and ensure quality and performance -- you'll never be more than two levels from our corporate leadership team.
