“Glenda Davis, an EVS Attendant in Tunica, MS, was recognized by her team for helping a casino customer's guest, a VIP who accidentally dropped a ring, given to her by her late husband, in the toilet. Glenda heard the woman crying in the restroom & stepped in to help. She was unable to get the ring herself, so she called Facilities and stayed with the guest until their arrival, at which point they were able to retrieve the ring. Glenda has been a member of The Service Companies since 2010. She always finds a way to help our guests and customers in ways that are impactful.”
“We would like to congratulate Carmen Martinez, an EVS Attendant in Laughlin, Nevada, for receiving a perfect secret shop! Carmen received the highest score in each category, which included initiating contact, smiling, and greeting guests. She is always upbeat and positive when conversing with guests. Also, Carmen was recognized earlier this year for her stellar performance, which she consistently delivers in everything she does.”
“Recently, our luxury resort property in Palm Beach, Florida hosted their 10th annual Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival, which 30 celebrity chefs attended. Our team, which provides window, pressure washing, third shift kitchen and public area cleaning services to the property, did an excellent job showing off how well-kept our kitchens and banquet space are. Congratulations to our entire overnight cleaning team, who, with the support of Norma Castaneda, made this event a huge success.”

The entire Housekeeping department received the 2016 4th Quarter "Heavy Weight" Service Award for having the best year over year improvement. This is the second time this year that the team has been awarded with this recognition.”
“Magdi Muzamil was recognized for his outstanding attitude and customer service as part of the EVS team in Las Vegas, that resulted in obtaining a $300 tip from a guest on the casino floor. Magdi was so hesitant to accept the tip that he called his Supervisors to speak with the guest and verify the situation and upon verification, Magdi split the tip with all his coworkers on duty. What a great demonstration of teamwork and outstanding work ethic!”
